We had a great experience working with River North. The entire team Aaron, Courtney, Melissa and Tyler were professional and very communicative throughout the project. They prepared us for the potential for "cliches", that often occur in any project, in our pre-construction meeting. So, everyone was flexible when a cliche presented during the project. The Trade workers are top notch as well! I would use River north for any further remodels we might do! I would also recommend them to friends and family entering a remodel project!

Working with Melissa and Aaron was a dream. The process is clear, milestones are met, payment is a breeze, and the results are stunning. Our unfinished basement is now beautiful living space for our family and entertaining our friends. We are so impressed with the RNBC teamwork, communication, and subs. Craftsmanship is great. Melissa and Aaron were great listeners and offered solutions that worked for us every step of the way. Highly recommend if you are considering upgrading your home. Thank you for our basement transformation! ♥️

We recently had the pleasure of working with River North Basement Company for a major remodel of our kitchen and basement, and we are thoroughly impressed with the outcome. From the outset, Melissa, Aaron, and Cole demonstrated an unparalleled dedication to our project. They were not only caring and personable but also deeply committed to meeting our specific time and budget constraints.

Their professionalism shone through in how they managed their subcontractors, ensuring all work met their high standards. This meticulous oversight was crucial and much appreciated. The quality of the furnishings, the innovative design, and the professional installation exceeded our expectations, culminating in spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

We are genuinely pleased with every aspect of the completed project. Thanks to River North Basement Company, we now enjoy a wonderfully remodeled home that reflects top-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to undertake a similar renovation project.

We had the good fortune of working with Aaron Cooley (owner of River North Construction) on our project. The work included remodeling the master bath, second bathroom, powder room, staircase, and laundry room. We also installed wood flooring, painted the house, and replaced the front and back doors. We found Aaron to be very competent and pleasant to work with. He stuck to the design blue print and discussed any necessary modifications in advance with us. His team of professionals did a great job. We have had other remodel projects in the past, but after working with Aaron, we will never work with anyone else. He is very polite and made our satisfaction his priority. He patiently went through our punch list and did a great job of addressing any remaining issues. We recommend Arron and River North Construction with no reservations.
