On the other side, River North Basement Co. transformed the unfinished area into a private studio apartment with a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry area. To provide the unit with its own entry, our team excavated and built a new walk-out entryway, giving the homeowner the flexibility to rent the space or host guests comfortably.
